Responsibilities include:

• Perform evaluations and assessments
• Develop & implement programs & strategies according to discipline
• Communicate with family to carryover programs into daily routine
• Communicate with healthcare/educational professionals for continuity of care
• Team with co-workers (trans-disciplinary) to share programs & strategies

Must hold a current Connecticut license.
