Our collaborative team of therapists is dedicated to improving function and quality of life through individualized treatment plans and coordinated care.

The evaluation process at Advance is individualized based on presenting concerns and abilities.  A combination interview, observation of functional performance, and standardized assessment is utilized to evaluate therapeutic needs.

What We Do

We provide the following services:

• Adult & Pediatric Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy & Speech Therapy in our Middlebury CT facility
• School systems throughout Connecticut.
• Early intervention services through the CT Birth to Three system.
• Private in home therapy for adults & children
• Group homes and home care clients through private and state agencies.
